About Researcher X

Researcher X is an independent research and analysis platform focused on one thing: evidence that actually helps people understand the world.

We write clear, rigorous breakdowns of scientific studies, highlight strong research, expose weak or misleading work, and conduct original analysis on topics that matter

Our work is designed for people who are tired of hype, selective reporting, and low-quality evidence being presented as fact.

How we work

Researcher X is method-first. Claims are evaluated against study design, data quality, assumptions, and limitations. Conclusions are kept proportional to the strength of the evidence, uncertainty is stated explicitly, and conflicts of interest are acknowledged where relevant.

When the evidence is weak, we say so. When it is strong, we explain why. Interpretation is separated from opinion, and readers are shown how conclusions are reached rather than asked to accept them on trust.

Independent and Unbiased

Researcher X is independent and not affiliated with political parties, corporations, or advocacy groups. Conclusions are not shaped to fit narratives, and criticism is not softened to protect reputations or interests.

Complete neutrality is not possible, but transparency is. Our goal is to make assumptions, limitations, and reasoning visible so readers can judge the evidence for themselves.

What We Produce

Researcher X publishes public research articles, regular newsletter-based study breakdowns, and longer analytical reports. We also undertake independent consulting work, including epidemiological analysis, evidence synthesis, and policy-relevant research for organizations, media, and individuals seeking clear, unbiased interpretation of data.

Where relevant, original studies are linked directly, methods are explained in plain language, and work is updated when new evidence emerges. Errors are corrected openly.
